Acer is a brand known for its top of the line personal computers and laptops. Today, the company made a foray in the home appliances market in India by launching Acerpure cool 2-in-1 air purifier in India.
The newly launched air purifier by Acer is priced at ₹16,999 and it is available for purchase in White and Dark Grey colour variants from the company's online store. It will be available for purchase on Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital and Acer Exclusive stores across cities soon.
As far as the specifications of the Acerpure cool 2-in-1 air purifier are concerned, it comes with a purification system and an air circulation fan, which when combined together filters out the impurities from the air and then circulates the pure air up to 16 m. Acer says that it requires only three minutes to reach full air circulation in a 27 m2 room and its air circulator and air purifier functions can be used either separately or all together. Additionally, it comes with an in-built LED touch panel and child safety locks.
It comes with remote control for added convenience and operations.
Coming to the filtration system, the newly launched air purifier comes with HEPA13 filter with activated carbon filter and Silver coated filter, which the company says is capable of removing 99.97% of particles that are as small as 0.3 microns. This includes PM2.5, allergies, pollen, germs, bacteria. It is also capable of removing gasses and odors.
It is also equipped with a PM1.0 Air quality sensor, which allows it to automatically measure indoor air quality in real-time. It displays any changes in air quality via three LED indicator lights and smartly adjusts the purifier’s operation mode to ensure efficient purification of the air in the whole room. It also releases negative ions that help eliminate harmful gases in the air, such as formaldehyde, and captures solid particles such as dust (PM2.5) to effectively improve indoor air quality.
