Smartphone brand HMD Global has launched its new budget device, the Nokia 1.4. This is also the company's latest Android 10 (Go Edition) smartphone in the market and a successor to Nokia 1.3 that was introduced last year. Nokia 1.4 comes in Fjorde, Charcoal and Dusk colour variants and starts at EUR 99, which roughly means ₹8,600 in India.

As for the features and specifications ,this budget handset is upgradeable to Android 11 (Go Edition) and has a 6.5-inch HD+ screen. Powering it is a quad-core Snapdragon 215 mobile platform. At the back, it has two cameras including an 8-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel macro sensor while at the front, it has a 5-megapixel camera for selfie lovers.

Some other connectivity features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, 4G LTE support, Wi Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and micro USB port.

You can get this device in three variants coming with 1GB RAM and 16GB storage, 2GB RAM and 32GB storage, and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. All of these support microSD card with up to 128GB space.

The company has not yet announced when or if it will be launching the Nokia 1.4 in India.

Meanwhile, there are reports that Nokia is working on the successor of Nokia 2.4 already. According to NokiaPowerUser , the upcoming Nokia phone will sport the model T99652AA1. There is no specific information on when the phone will launch. Interestingly, Nokia 2.4 had come with a similar T99651AA1 model number. The Bluetooth listing confirms the phone comes with Bluetooth 5.0 and support for LTE. The phone is rumoured to come with a 6.5-inch display with a dewdrop notch and HD+ resolution.
