Dinosaurs manage front desk in Japan hotel

Does this hotel represent the future? Guests are greeted by dinosaurs at this hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort. They are just 1 of 9 different types of robots that look after visitors at the 'Henn-na-hotel'. It is the second hotel in Japan to be run by robots although there is human staff to help maintain the 140 devices on site. Each room has a special robot which recognizes guests and suggests ideas. The company behind the hotel has global aims for the business model and is planning to open a third robot hotel this year.
