Bose launches three new glasses with inbuilt speakers, here’s the price

Bose has expanded its line of Frames smart glasses-cum-earphones by introducing three new products - called Tempo, Tenor and Soprano. The company says that these new frames comes with better bass response than Alto and Rondo. For those unaware, the Frames glasses have a small speaker towards the end of both arms of the frame so you can hear your surroundings while listening to your favourite song in the background.

Tempo, Tenor and Soprano also feature updated microphone system so when you’re talking on phone the audio is captured without any wind disturbance or any kind of ambient noise. They also have inbuilt touch control for controlling volume. You just need to slide the finger forward or backward on the right arm to increase or decrease the level.

Bose Tempo can be plugged-in via USB-C and is claimed to deliver up to eight hours of battery life and has support for different lenses as well including basic polycarbonate, Road Orange, Trail Blue and Twilight Yellow.

On the other hand, Tenor and Soprano have a slightly different frame style and design. They both have a square frame design while the Tempo has sporty look to it. Both Tenor and Soprano have 16mm speakers and scratch or shatter resistant body with 5.5 hours of claimed battery life.

These also support different lenses Mirrored Blue and Silver for Tenor, Rose Gold and Purple-fade for Soprano.

As for the price, the all three prescription—ready models cost $249.95 from Bose and select retailers in the US.
