Data Patterns, the Defence and Aerospace electronics solutions provider closed its three day long public issue for subscription on December 16, 2021. The initial public offering (IPO) of Data Patterns (India) Limited had opened on December 14. By the last day of the subscription, the issue was subscribed 119.62 times. The price band for Data Patterns IPO was set at ₹555-585. A day after closing of the issue, Data Patterns IPO grey market value (GMP) is hovering just under ₹600 today.

- The Non Institutional Investors (NII) category subscribed the 254.22 times, which received 391889825 equity shares

When is the Data Patterns IPO share allotment date?

As the bidding for the public issue of Data Patterns concluded on December 16, the allotment status is expected to be announced on December 21, 2021. Successful bidders will get shares in their demat accounts on December 23, while unsuccessful bidders will receive their refunds by December 22. On December 24, Data Patterns is expected to be listed on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Once the IPO has been finalised, the allotment status of the IPO can be checked online via the BSE's official website or the registrar, Link Intime India Private Limited website.
