BGMI ban in India: In-game Battle Pass goes down after removal from Play Store
BGMI Ban in India: BGMI in-game battle pass has been vanished from the game. Players can get the BGMI M14 Royale Pass to grab new rewards.
PUBG Mobile's Indian version BGMI (Battlegrounds Mobile India) was banned by the Indian government a few weeks back. Following the ban, the game has been taken down from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. And hence, players who already had the game installed are now running into new trouble as the in-game battle-pass has gone down. If you're a BGMI player, you must know that the Battle Pass is a crucial element for any player who wishes to purchase in-game skins and other items with the help of microtransactions converted into BGMI's in-game currency. However, with the battle pass being down, players cannot buy anything inside the game.
Those trying to purchase UC (the game's own currency) are reportedly running into a “purchase failed, item not found. Please try later.” The developer of the game Krafton has not released any official statement yet.
According to the Insidesport reports, the server will be cut-off from the game, it will be completely banned and unplayable, even for players who have the game installed or sideloaded with an APK file.
In case if you have enough UC in its account, you can upgrade the Royale Pass.
