The Counter-Strike Go (CS:GO) community were greeted with an early Christmas gift from Valve. Broken Fang, the 10th CS:GO operation is now live. And it also comes with a cinematic trailer - the first official counter-Strike cinematic trailer in eight years!

The new operation, Broken Fang, adds new Retakes mode that is available for all players and pits three terrorists against four counter-terrorists for eight rounds with weapons chosen from a loadout card in each round, explains PCGamer.

Players can also buy the Operation Pass and get access to the competitive Broken Fang premier mode and also an Operation Stats page that collects personal statistics with heat maps and win rates for each map.

CS:GO Broken Fang comes with seven new maps and an Operation Shop that sells rewards that you can buy in exchange for ‘operation stars’ that you earn by completing weekly missions. The CS:GO Operation Store sells graffiti, patches, stickers, new weapon cases, weapon collections and SWAT team agents or criminal crew The Professionals’ agents.

There is also an accompanying patch with CS:GO Broken Fang that adds a contextual ping system that can be accessed via a customisable chat wheel.

All details about the new maps, agents, cosmetics etc are available on the Counter-Strike website.
