Asus launches VivoBook X507 laptop in India

Paytm Mall also launched PoS solution for offline-online products, and digital experience zones.

Paytm Mall on Wednesday announced its partnership with Asus with the launch of a new product and new initiatives. As part of the partnership, Paytm Mall announced the integration of PoS solutions and digital experience zones at Asus retail stores. This marks Paytm Mall's entry into the online-offline segment.

The first product from this partnership is Asus VivoBook X507 laptop priced at ₹21,990. The laptop is currently available for sale with a launch offer of ₹2,000 Paytm Mall cashback. It will be offered at the same price across online and offline channels.

Asus VivoBook X507 features a 15.6-inch 'Nanoedge' display in two available resolutions of full HD and HD. Under its hood runs Intel Core i3 processor paired with up to 8GB of DDR4 RAM. Also on offer is 1TB of onboard storage along with SSD slot for further expansion up to 256GB. The laptop also comes with a fingerprint sensor for unlocking the device.

Connectivity options on the laptop include Wi-Fi 802.11bgn and Bluetooth 4.0. It further comes with 2 USB 2.0 ports, 1 USB Type-A port, 1 HDMI port, 1 3.5mm audio jack, and 1 microSD card reader. Asus VivoBook X507 is fuelled by a 33WHr battery along with fast charging claimed to chargeup to 60% in 49 minutes.

Paytm Mall's initiatives include PoS solutions which will debut at Asus and its partnered retail stores. Paytm Mall PoS will let shopkeepers manage a cloud-based inventory to help check availability of products, manage sales and orders, bills, payments, and more.

Paytm Mall also introduced digital experience zones which will be available at Asus stores. Through the digital experience zones, users will be able to browse through different Asus products, select one and get them delivered. All this will be available on digital screens at the retail stores.
