We all browse through movies and shows on Netflix. And very often we watch a couple of minutes of it before deciding if we want to go ahead or not. However, these titles get added to the ‘continue watching' list and turn up on top every time you open Netflix.

It's not too much of a problem, really, but it is annoying. So Netflix has made it easier for you to remove them with a “remove from row” feature.

The whole point of this news feature is to give people more control over what shows up on the Netflix homepage. You can use “remove from row” option for all other rows as well, but since the “continue watching” is the most prominent, placed right on top of the page - it will probably be used the most there.

Removing unwanted titles from rows will also make it easier for you to jump back into shows and movies that you actually want to watch and were watching. So far, if you were no longer interested in watching a title it would not disappear from the list. It would just get pushed down to line as you watch newer titles.

With the new feature you can entirely remove a show or a movie you don't want to watch any longer off the list.

Netflix is also making it easier to access things like episodes, information, ratings etc by adding them directly to the menu when people click on a show or a movie. This saves you time and the trouble of having to go to the landing page to check out details or to pick an episode.

This ‘remove from row' feature is currently available for Android users on phone app and the tablet. Netflix will be rolling it out to iOS devices on June 29.
