Halloween is right around the corner and everyone is looking for ways to outdo each other by coming up with really scary ideas. Helping things along are Snapchat Halloween ideas. Ahead of the day that used to include massive celebrations in the pre-Covid era, Snapchat has rolled out a bunch of new features that will help you make your Halloween extra spooky, yet safe. Snapchat said that this year, it is brewing a series of Halloween-inspired features, including Halloween Lenses, Bitmoji costumes, and a spooky Snap Map to get users into the spirit of things. Snapchat Halloween Lenses

Snapchat has rolled out a bunch of Halloween-inspired Lenses to get Snapchat users in the festive mode. As a part of the celebrations, as many as three Snapchat Halloween Lenses have been rolled out for users.

Firstly, the company has rolled out Werewolf Lens that, as the name suggests, turns you into a werewolf. Snapchat says that this lens was built with Snap's AR tech including human body mesh and body morphing. You can access it here. 

The second Snapchat Halloween Lens that has been rolled out is called Spooky Fashion. This lens uses upper garment segmentation tech to give your attire a spooky runway moment. You can access it here. 

The third and final Snapchat Halloween Lens that has introduced is called Haunted House. It uses Snap's world transformation tech to turn your home into a haunted house. It can be accessed here. 

Snapchat Bitmoji Halloween Costumes

Snapchat said that it is also introducing six new Halloween-inspired Bitmoji costumes These Bitmoji costumes include a fairy, a witch, a clown, a ballerina, and an angel and devil. In addition to this, Snapchat has also added three new festive shirts and hoodies including two jack o'lanterns and a skeleton.

Snapchat users can also share Spooky Stickers with their friends in Chat or in Snaps with the new selection of Halloween themed Bitmoji Stickers.

How to change your Bitmoji outfit

Step 1: From Snapchat, tap on your Profile in the top-left corner.

Step 2: On top of your 3D Bitmoji you'll find a hanger icon on the bottom left. Tap on the hanger to open the Avatar Designer. You'll be taken directly to the Bitmoji Fashion wardrobe, where you can access the Halloween costumes.

Step 3: Choose your favourite costume, and enjoy Halloween!

Snapchat Spooky Snap Map

Lastly, Snapchat has also introduced a Spooky Snap Map on its platform, which is available for a limited time. This map will let Snapchat users see where their friends are lurking. It will also help them check out their Bitmoji costumes right from Snap Map.

Snapchat users can tap the settings menu at the top corner of their screens to share their location with select friends or shift to Ghost Mode to disappear.
