The leak comes from iDropNews, which is run by a leaker who goes by the name LeaksApplePro. And if this information is to be believed, this will be the earliest Apple event in the last 4 years. For reference, the Apple event in 2019 took place on September 20th, while the Apple event in 2020 was held on October 23 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Last year, the Apple event which launched the iPhone 13 series happened on September 24.

Now, the leaker LeaksApplePro claims that Apple event 2022 which will launch the iPhone 14, can take place in the 37th week of the year. That particular week begins on September 12. Now, considering that Apple tends to hold its events on Tuesday, it is likely that the Apple event will be held on September 13.
