Oppo starts rolling out ColorOS 7 in India: Here's when your phone will get the update

Oppo launched Android 10 based ColorOS 7 last year. Now months later, the company has started rolling out the ColorOS 7 to its smartphones in India.

To give you a quick brief, the ColorOS 7 brings full icon customisation, dark mode, new wallpaper, weather adaptive alarm, improved gaming performance and better privacy settings to Oppo smartphones. The company had rolled out the trial version of Oppo’s mobile operating system in India back in February this year. At the time, the ColorOS 7 was rolled out to a select bunch of Oppo smartphones. Now the company has started rolling out the stable version of the mobile OS to its smartphones in India.

The official version of ColorOS 7 is already available on the OPPO Find X, the Oppo Find X SuperVooc Edition, the Oppo Find X Automobili Lamborghini Edition, the Oppo Reno 10X Zoom, the Oppo Reno 2, the Oppo Reno 2Z, the Oppo Reno 2F, the Oppo Reno, the Oppo R17, the Oppo R17 Pro, the Oppo F11 Pro, the Oppo F11, the Oppo F11 Pro Marvel's Avengers Limited Edition, the Oppo K3 and the Oppo A9.

If you are using any of the above mentioned smartphones, chances are that you have already acquainted yourself with the ColorOS 7. But if you are using any other Oppo smartphone, here’s when you will get ColorOS 7 update on your smartphone:

Starting June 10: the Oppo F9 and the Oppo F9 Pro.

Starting June 15: the Oppo A5 2020 and the Oppo A9 2020.

Starting June 24: the Oppo F7 and the Oppo F7 120G

Starting July: the Oppo F15 and the Oppo R15 Pro.
