Twitter has made it easier for Android and web users as well to see quote tweets. This feature was earlier released for iOS on May 12 and has arrived for others today.
If you tap on “Retweets” on a tweet it will now take you to a new page that lets you see one of two columns - a column showing the retweets with comments below it and a column showing all retweets without comments.

This feature makes it easier to follow conversations on the platform. Twitter has also rolled out some other features that also makes tracking and following conversations easier on the platform - like the threaded conversations that’s been released to some iOS and web users for now.
Twitter also has rolled out another feature that will help you choose who gets to reply to your tweets. This has been rolled out to a few people worldwide and will see a wider rollout soon. Limiting replies helps keep the conversation between people you choose and also helps curb unnecessary comments and prevent abuse.
