Amazfit GTR 2 pre-orders begin ahead of launch in India

Amazfit is scheduled to launch its GT 2 series of smartwatches in India this month. Ahead of the official launch, Amazfit has announced pre-orders of one of the smartwatches, GTR 2.

Amazfit GTR 2 can be pre-ordered from the company’s online store and Flipkart starting today. The smartwatch is priced at ₹12,999 for the sport edition, and ₹13,499 for the classic edition. Amazfit is also offering a replaceable strap along with the GTR 2 for those who pre-order it.

Amazfit GTR 2 along with GTS 2 and GTS 2 mini is scheduled to launch in India on December 17. Amazfit GTR 2 has a 1.39-inch HD AMOLED display with a circular dial. The smartwatch also has an Always On display. It packs 3GB of internal storage, and the smartwatch is claimed to last for 14 days on typical usage. It can go up to 28 days on basic usage, the company said. Amazfit GTR 2 is also said to offer 10 hours of continuous Bluetooth call.

The smartwatch comes with over 90 built-in sports modes. It can also measure your blood oxygen levels, heart rate, and track activities. It can also monitor your sleep, and monitor your stress levels. Amazfit GTR 2 is compatible with both Android and iOS devices, and it works with the ZEPP app. The smartwatch has 5 ATM water resistance up to 50 meters.

More features on the Amazfit GTR 2 include the ability to answer calls from the smartwatch. You can also store music on the smartwatch. The Amazfit GTR 2 also comes with support for Amazon Alexa.
