Fitbit Luxe fitness tracker is now available in India for ₹10,999; check out specs, other details

Fitbit’s latest product, the Fitbit Luxe, is now available in India. The Fitbit Luxe brings Fitbit’s proprietary fitness and wellness tracking to your wrist in a delicate new form factor. The Fitbit Luxe comes with a delicate design that has been inspired by the human body that sits lightly on your wrist with a jewelry-like look and feel. Fitbit has applied a modern take on traditional jewelry-making techniques using an innovative design process called metal injection molding to create Luxe’s stainless steel case.

The Luxe has been designed to fit a diverse range of wrist sizes and is light enough to be worn all day. Fitbit has also used a metal vapourising technique on the soft gold and platinum finishes to give the Luxe the high polish that jewelry is known to have. Fitbit has also partnered with Laguna Beach-based jewelry brand gorjana for some sleek additions to the Luxe.

Since the Fitbit Luxe is light and slim, it can be worn through the night to effectively manage your sleep and keep a tab on it with the Sleep Score. There is also the Health Metrics dashboard on the Fitbit app that tracks your breathing rate, heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), and skin temperature variation. Blood oxygen (SpO2) level tracking is coming soon to the Fitbit Luxe as well.

The Stress Management Score helps provide a daily assessment of your body’s ability to handle stress based on your activity levels, sleep, and heart rate. There is also the Active Zone Minutes that measures time spent in each heart rate zone, to gauge when to push harder or scale back, and it helps you reach the weekly recommended goal of 150 Active Zone Minutes. Besides this, there is 24/7 heart rate tracking and 20 different exercise modes to pick from.

The Fitbit Luxe comes with smartband features like alarms, stopwatch, timers, smartphone notifications, bedtime reminders, a do-not-disturb mode, and a five-day battery life promise.

The Fitbit Luxe is priced at ₹10,999 and is available in Lunar White and Soft Gold Stainless Steel, Black and Graphite Stainless Steel, and Orchid and Platinum Stainless Steel. The Fitbit Luxe Special Edition comes with a gold stainless steel Parker Link Bracelet from gorjana and includes a peony classic band and is priced at ₹17,999. Classic and woven bands for the Luxe are available for ₹2,499 while gorjana Parker Link Bracelet in soft gold stainless steel is available for ₹5,499.
