Garmin Instinct 2 smartwatch series with unlimited battery life launched!

Garmin has announced the launch of the Garmin Instinct 2 smartwatch series in India after two years. The new Garmin smartwatch lineup includes two models - Garmin Instinct 2S and Garmin Instinct 2, which further have special editions including, Camo Edition, Solar, and Solar Tactical edition. It is the Solar edition that promises to deliver 'unlimited battery’ backup. Besides unlimited battery with the Solar edition, the Garmin Instinct 2 Series exhibits features like a full suite of health and wellness features like VO2 Max, Sleep Score, and more.

Garmin Instinct 2 smartwatch series features

Both the Garmin smartwatch editions are similar in looks but the Instinct 2S comes with a 40mm dial while Garmin Instinct 2 has a 45mm dial. Instinct 2 Series brings a number of wellness features like wrist-based heart rate monitoring during workouts, Stress tracking, sleep score, advanced sleep and body battery energy monitoring, Pulse Ox sensors, intensity minutes to track the activities, and women’s health tracking to monitor menstrual cycle and pregnancy. Also, the smartwatch comes with preloaded sports applications and activities to guide the users during their training.

Garmin Instinct 2's special Tactical Edition is said to be popular among military people. This packs specific tactical features such as a Kill Switch, Stealth Mode, Night Vision Goggle Compatibility, Dual Format Position Coordinates, and Jumpmaster Activity mode. On the other hand, Camo Edition lets individuals blend in or stand out depending on their location.

The especially highlighted watch Garmin Instinct 2 Solar and Garmin Instinct 2S Solar that comes with an unlimited battery will allow users to recharge it via solar technology. Moreover, the Instinct 2 provides up to four weeks of continuous use with the smartwatch mode.
