LG Tone Free FN7 self-cleaning wireless earbuds with ANC launched

LG has launched a new pair of wireless earbuds, and this one too comes with a self-cleaning case. LG launched its first wireless earbuds back in 2019 with the unique concept of self-cleaning them. LG Tone Free FN7 wireless earbuds come with the same feature, and have active noise cancellation as well.

The LG Tone Free FN7 earbuds comes with the company’s UVnano charging case which was first introduced with the LG Tone Free FN6. The charging case uses UV light to clean the silicone tip and inner mesh of the earbuds. LG says this helps kill 99.9% of the bacteria that is present in the earbuds. The charging case has a blue LED light to indicate the self-cleaning process, and a green one to indicate charging.

The new LG wireless earbuds are powered by Meridian Audio, and feature active noise cancellation. The earbuds are equipped with three microphones on each side. In terms of battery life, the LG Tone Free FN7 is said to last for 5 hours with ANC turned on. When ANC is off, the earbuds should go on for 7 hours. With the charging case the total battery life extends to 15 hours. The charging case has a USB Type-C port, and it supports wireless charging as well.

LG Tone Free FN7 is priced at 21,900,000 KRW which translates to roughly ₹14,400. It comes in two colour options of black and white. The new wireless earbuds are currently available in South Korea, and are expected to arrive in other markets by the end of this year.
