Alongside the Reno 4 Pro, Oppo also launched its first smartwatch in India. The Oppo Watch comes with Google’s Wear OS unlike the Chinese variant which runs ColorOS.
The Oppo Watch is available in two variants of 41mm and 46mm. It starts at ₹14,990 for the 41mm variant, and ₹19,990 for the 46mm model. The smartwatch will be available in India from August 10 onwards.
The Oppo Watch draws a lot of inspiration from the Apple Watch in terms of design. The only difference is the rotating crown replaced with two side buttons. The Oppo Watch in India comes with a different software but other than that, the specifications remain unchanged.
The Oppo Watch has a 1.91-inch AMOLED curved display with a square-shaped screen like the Apple Watch. Under the hood it runs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
The Oppo Watch packs a 430mAh battery with VOOC flash charge. It comes with support for NFC, and has health features like heart rate monitoring, different exercise modes, menstrual cycle tracking and sleep monitoring. The smartwatch is also water resistant up to 50m.
