Samsung ‘Galaxy Buds Beyond’ might be coming alongside Galaxy S21 next year

Samsung took the earphones industry with a surprise this year by launching the compact, Bean-shaped Galaxy Buds Live. A lot of rumours and speculations were that the device will be called as Samsung Beans but that never happened. Now, Samsung plans to go ‘Beyond’ beans. According to a new report, company’s next earbuds might be called as ‘Galaxy Buds Beyond’.

This comes from a US trademark filing (via 9to5 Google) wherein the name is clearly mentioned. Unfortunately, no other details have been mentioned about the product yet. However, speculations point out that Samsung ‘Galaxy Buds Beyond’ might be a successor to this year’s Galaxy Buds+ and will be for those who want a more traditional earbuds design rather than the Bean-shaped Buds Live.

A trademark filing appearing now also indicate its arrival alongside the rumoured Galaxy S21, S21 Plus and S21 Ultra. All three are expected to launch earlier than their usual February end schedule.

As per a recent report, the handsets may launch in mid-January and can go on sale starting early February. Needless to say, the sales time of ‘Galaxy Buds Beyond’ could be the same.

According to tipster Jon Prosser, Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra are scheduled to launch on January 14, 2021 with the pre-orders starting on the same day itself. The smartphones are said to go on sale later on January 29. Prosser also revealed the colour variants of the Galaxy S21 series, and the options include black, white, grey, silver, violet and pink.
