Oppo will soon launch a new smartphone under its A-series. Dubbed as Oppo A16, the smartphone has bagged certifications from multiple platforms, such as ECC, IMDA, TKDN, and BIS. The certifications indicate the imminent launch of the phone in markets, including India. The smartphone has now bagged the US FCC certification.

The latest certification also gives a closer look at the design. The schematic listed on the FCC site reveals the phone has a vertical rectangular camera module on the back. The phone has rounded corners. Apart from the design, the listing gives away some of the key specs of the phone.

Other features listed on the FCC site are Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, and Bluetooth. Oppo A16 appears to be a budget smartphone, though there's no word on the price yet.
