The iPhone 14 launch is still months away and the leaked specifications and features of the series has been making headlines frequently. From new iPhone 14 Max to upgrade camera and other features, we have heard several things about iPhone 14 lineup so far. And now the iPhone 14 is in the news for its battery details. iPhone 14 is tipped to come with 3,279mAh battery
The report claims that the iPhone 14 base variant with a 6.1-inch display will be powered by a 3,279mAh battery compared to the 3,240 mAh battery of the iPhone 13.
Meanwhile, the Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to launch the iPhone 14 series with major upgrades. However, most of the major upgrades are likely to be featured in Pro models only while non-Pro models are likely to retain several features from its predecessor. For instance, the Pro models will ditch the notch for a punch-hole cutout but the non-pro models will retain the same old notch display. Additionally, the Pro models will be powered by the latest A16 Bionic chipset but the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max will have the same A15 bionic chipset that we already have seen on iPhone 13 series.
As far as the iPhone 14 launch is concerned, then know that it will be happening sometime in the middle of September, 2022. If previous years are anything to go by, it will happen on a Tuesday. However, there is a lot of uncertainty as the production of the iPhone 14 is facing some delays. Whether that will be enough to derail the expected launch and shift it to October is not clear yet. On the other hand, some have said that while the iPhone 14 launch will happen on schedule, but the phones themselves will be late by a fortnight in hitting the shelves in stores.
