iPhone SE 3 price vs iPhone 12 Mini price: Apple launched its comparatively affordable iPhone SE 3 on Tuesday, March 8, at the Apple event. The company announced that the latest iPhone SE 2022 will be equipped with the Apple A15 Bionic chip, which is also being used by the latest iPhone 13 series as well. The new smartphone will also offer 5G connectivity, first for the iPhone SE series. There were other new features also added. So, now the question is, is the iPhone SE 3 the best smartphone among Apple's other relatively cheaper iPhone devices or do the older existing models like the iPhone 12 Mini still steal the show? The iPhone SE 3 has retained the overall build design of iPhone SE 2020 and features a 4.7-inch HD display. In comparison, the iPhone 12 Mini has a larger 5.4-inch OLED display. The iPhone SE 2022 weighs 144 grams whereas the iPhone 12 Mini weighs 135 grams.

In terms of performance, the iPhone SE 3 is equipped with Apple A15 Bionic SoC, the same one which powers the latest iPhone 13 lineup. On the other hand, iPhone 12 Mini is equipped with the A14 Bionic chipset, which was seen in all iPhone 12 devices.

iPhone SE 3 sports a single rear 12MP camera like the iPhone SE 2020 but with the new A15 Bionic chip, Apple claims its camera performance will witness a boost. It has a 7MP front facing camera. The iPhone 12 Mini has a rear dual camera setup with a 12MP wide lens and a 12MP ultrawide lens. On the front, it has a 12MP camera.

The iPhone SE 3 comes with a fingerprint sensor on the Home button while iPhone 12 Mini has the FaceID. Both the smartphones are available in 64GB, 128GB and 256GB variants.

iPhone SE 3 will be available to shoppers starting at Rs. 43,900. There were some rumors that the third generation SE could be available for a lot cheaper and at around Rs. 30,000 but Apple has priced it on the more expensive side. On the other hand, the iPhone 12 Mini was launched at Rs. 69,900 but right now the smartphone is available starting at Rs. 52,900. Further, many online retailers often come up with iPhone 12 Mini discount deals, so there is a good chance you can buy the smartphone at a far cheaper rate.
