Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones' display sizes leaked

The leak has reportedly revealed some vital parts of Samsung Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphones. These phones are yet to be launched.

South Korean electronics major Samsung has reportedly been hit by leaks that involve the company's next flagship Galaxy S smartphones series, which are expected to launch in 2022. The rumour mills had already begun churning out details and now new leaks have actually revealed some important information about them. A report suggests the possible display sizes of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series. This involves 3 smartphones which are likely to be called Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+ and Galaxy S22 Ultra by the company.

So, to what extent has the company been compromised? According to a leak by Mauri QHD, Samsung Galaxy S22 will feature a 6.06-inch display, and Galaxy S22 will have a 6.55-inch display. Galaxy S22 Ultra will be the largest of the three with a 6.81-inch display. In comparison to the current flagship series, Galaxy S21 has a 6.2-inch display while the Galaxy S21+ has a 6.7-inch display. This means that the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ will come with slightly smaller screens than their predecessors. As for the Galaxy S22 Ultra it will have the same display size as the Galaxy S21 Ultra. The leak also mentioned that only the Galaxy S22 Ultra will feature an LTPO OLED display.

There's another leak on the display sizes of the Galaxy S22 series. The difference in the display sizes isn't that much but it's worth mentioning since there isn't much information on the Galaxy S22 series yet. According to the leak on Naver, the Galaxy S22 will feature a 6.1-inch display, and Galaxy S22's display will measure between 6.5 and 6.6-inches. The Galaxy S22 Ultra will retain the 6.8-inch display.

Based on the leaks so far we can assume that the size difference won't be much when it comes to the Galaxy S21 series and Galaxy S22 series. The more interesting bit would be on the design of the phone and if we'll see anything new on the Galaxy S22. Samsung has moved on to flat screen designs from the curved design that we've been seeing for years on the Galaxy S phones. It's interesting to see if Samsung has anything else in store for its next generation of flagship phones. Since there's still a lot of time to go for the Galaxy S22 launch we can expect more details to be revealed soon.
