Vivo launches Y20A smartphone in India: Check out price, specs here

The Vivo Y20A costs ₹11,490 and it will go on sale in India starting January 2, 2021.

Vivo today launched a new budget smartphone in India. The Vivo Y20A smartphone is the latest addition to its Y-series and it costs ₹11,490 for the 3GB RAM and 64GB storage variant.

It will be available in India in two peppy colour variants, Nebula Blue and Dawn White, and it will be available for purchase via partner retail stores, Vivo India e-store, and other major e-commerce platforms starting January 2, 2021.

Vivo says that like all of its smartphones, the Y20A follows Vivo's commitment to ‘Make in India' and is manufactured at the company's Greater Noida facility.

As far as the specifications are concerned, the Vivo Y20A comes with a 6.51-inch Halo iView display that features an aspect ratio of 20:9. It features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that according to the company unlocks the phone in just 0.26s. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of storage space that expanded further.

It has a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF technology, a 2-megapixel bokeh camera, and a super macro camera. On the camera front, it features an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

The Vivo Y20A packs a massive 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast-charge technology, which the company lasts for more than 17 hours of online HD movie streaming, and more than 10 hours of intensive games.
