Bharti Airtel is bringing back the ₹399 plan for its postpaid users. The company had earlier removed the ₹399 plan from the list of postpaid plans and it was available in select telecom circles around the country. Now, the company has reintroduced this plan in more telecom circles across the country.
As far as the details of this plan are concerned, the ₹399 postpaid plan offers 40GB of 4G data per month along with 100 SMSs, unlimited local and STD calls, unlimited outgoing roaming calls and unlimited roaming calls. Users also get complimentary subscriptions to Airtel Xstream Premium, free Hellotunes, free subscription to Wynk Music and ₹cashback on FASTag.
Interestingly, the news comes shortly after Reliance Jio launched the JioPostpaid Plus service for its postpaid users. The service includes a bunch of new plans ranging between ₹399 and ₹1,499. The ₹399 plan, which directly competes with Airtel's ₹399 postpaid plan offers 75GB of data along with 200GB of data rollover facility, unlimited voice calls and SMSs. Additionally, users get Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription for free.
