Multiple reports claim that new details along with leaked image renders of the yet to be released Asus Zenfone 3 and Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe series were listed on product design website Red Dot 21, best known for its Red Dot design recognition awards.

According to reports, the Zenfone 3 is tipped to get a 2.5D glass on both front and the back featuring a slim aluminium design. The leaked renders reveal a square rear camera module with a dual tone LED flash and a laser auto focus. The smartphone is tipped to get USB Type C along with a fingerprint scanner.

On the front we can see the standard set of three capacitive buttons below the display. The leaked image also reveals a front facing flash along with an optional "Smart Flip Cover".

Moving on to the Zenfone 3 Deluxe, the device is expected to get a full metal body featuring a curved aluminium frame. The smartphone is also expected to retain the same physical home buttons on the front along with two capacitive buttons on either sides. A power/stanby button is also visible on the right edge of the phone.

As shown in the image, the Asus Zenfone 3 will come in Gold, Silver and Black colour variants. We expect the smartphone to be unveiled some time around early June, given the company's past Zenfone launches which also happened in the same time frame.
