BSNL offers free broadband with 5GB data per day to landline users
BSNL has launched a new scheme under which it is offering 5GB per data download with speeds up to 10Mbps. Here’s how you can claim the offer.
BSNL is offering free broadband to its landline users. Interested customers can avail the scheme by dialling BSNL's toll-free helpline number 18003451504 from their registered phone number.
BSNL says customers will not be charged for the installation of broadband connection. Under the free offer, BSNL is bundling 5GB per day download with speeds up to 10Mbps. Existing customers can also get 25% cashback and Amazon Prime Subscription for one year.
Along with free broadband, BSNL has introduced a new "Free Voice Calling" service for its landline, landline broadband and mobile customers. The service is available under the company's 'Wings' VoIP platform.
"Incoming calls to "Wings" when under International Roaming are absolutely free from anywhere in the world. BSNL charges are only ₹1.20/- per minute for calls using "Wings" from outside India (USA, UK, Germany, France etc) to India. International calling (Incoming/outgoing) are most affordable from "Wings"," said BSNL in a release.
Meanwhile, Vodafone-Idea has announced that Idea Nirvana postpaid customers will be eligible to receive a year of Amazon Prime (worth INR 999) at no additional cost. The scheme is available to all users with Idea Nirvana postpaid plan of ₹399 and above. Vodafone already offers a similar free Amazon Prime subscription to Red subscribers.
