COMIO S1 Lite, C2 Lite smartphones launched in India, prices start at ₹5,999

COMIO S1 Lite is the costlier of the two with a price tag of ₹7,499.

Chinese smartphone maker COMIO on Thursday launched two new smartphones in India. COMIO S1 Lite is priced at ₹7,499, while C2 Lite will retail at ₹5,999.

"India is a growing market with huge potential and infinite possibilities. We are thrilled to bring to our customers our latest offerings," COMIO Smartphones CEO and Director Sanjay Kumar Kalirona said in a statement.

COMIO C2 Lite specifications

COMIO C2 Lite features a 5-inch HD IPS display. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. For photography, the smartphone sports an 8-megapixel auto-focus rear camera with flash and a 5-megapixel selfie-camera with flash as well.

On the software front, it runs COMIO UI based on Android 7.0 Nougat. COMIO C2 Lite is fueled by a 3,900mAh battery.

COMIO S1 Lite also has a 5-inch HD IPS display, and a 1.3GHz quad-core processor under its hood. In the photography department, the smartphone features a 13-megapixel auto focus with flash rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera with flash.

Fueling the smartphone is a 3,050mAh battery. COMIO S1 Lite also runs the company's custom UI based on Android 7.0 Nougat.
