International Yoga Day is right around the corner. Ahead of the day that is dedicated to practicing yoga and by extension living a healthier lifestyle, Snapchat has introduced a new feature that helps you practice yoga.

The company has introduced a new feature in Bitmoji that essentially teaches users how to get around those complicated yoga poses with ease. You can also share your yoga poses with your Bitmoji avatar on Snapchat with your close friends.

Here are some of the asanas that you can practice with Snapchat Bitmojis:

Vrikshasana

Step 1: Press down into all four corners of your standing foot.

Step 2: Find a point of focus with your eyes shut or open.

Step 3: Keep your chest open and your chin level with the ground. Use your core.

Step 4: Relax your shoulders and keep your hands folded.

Samasthithi

Step 1: Stand up straight.

Step 2: Ensure that your spine is erect and avoid hunching your back.

Step 3: Allow your arms to hover on either side of your body.

Step 4: Once you achieve balance, close your eyes and focus on your body and breath.

Sukhasana

Step 1: Sit down with your legs stretched out forward.

Step 2: Fold your right leg and drop your right knee to the right side.

Step 3: Fold the other leg and form a cross with your calf muscles.

Step 4: Straighten your back and place the back of your palms on your knees.
