Apple at its Special Event announced a big update to its iPad lineup. The company introduced a new 10.2-inch iPad with Retina Display and full-sized smart keyboard. Touted as the seventh-generation iPad, Apple's new tablet comes in silver, space gray, and gold finishes. Apple's new iPad is available in 32GB and 128GB configurations. The Wi-Fi only model starts ₹29,900 whereas Wi-Fi with Cellular model starts at ₹40,900.
Apple's new 10.2-inch iPad runs on the new iPadOS which will also be available for iPad Air 2 and later, all iPad Pro models, iPad 5th generation and later, and iPad mini 4 and later. The tablet comes with Apple Pencil support as well.
Powered by A10 Fusion chip, Apple's new iPad is said to be two times faster performance than the top-selling Windows PC in terms of gameplay. The device also supports Gigabit-class LTE connectivity.

The device has an 8-megapixel camera with f/2.4 aperture. The camera can shoot 1080p videos at 30fps. On the front it has a 1.2-megapixel FaceTime HD camera. Apple's latest iPad is said to deliver up to 10 hours of battery back up on browsing web on Wi-Fi, video or audio streaming. Other key features of new iPad include Touch ID, two speaker audio, and Bluetooth 4.2.
