Apple is likely to roll out a new iOS update for iPhones soon. The tech giant announced that it will release iOS 15.4 next week during its "Peek Performance" event. The new updated will come preloaded on the green iPhone 13 as well as the iPhone 13 Pro, and the latest iPhone SE. It will bring several upgraded features from AirTag anti-stalking alerts, gender-neutral voice option for Siri, new emoji, to updated Face ID long and the Universal Control. Universal Control
The iOS 15.4 update will bring Universal Control that will let users use other devices as second screens, and move content seamlessly between them while using only one device.
Face ID update
The new Face ID update will enable users to unlock their phone while wearing a mask. The feature will use a smaller portion of your face to verify your identity, and hence, users will be required to be more precise about the angle they're holding their phone while using Face ID. This feature will also work for people who wear glasses, but it won't work with sunglasses.
New emojis
Apple's iOS 15.4 update is also likely to bring more fun emoji. As many as 37 new emoji will be introduced in the new update, including new options for pregnant people, hands forming a heart shape, a salute and a lip-biting emoji. It will also include a melting face, a face holding back tears, a bird's nest, coral, a lotus, a low battery and kidney beans.
In addition to all these, the new update will also bring the ability to copy text from objects using the camera while in the Notes or Reminders apps.
