Microsoft Start is a personalized news feed and collection of informational content that provides news from premium publishers. The timely updates are tailored to your interests and is available when and where you want it. Microsoft start is already being rolled out as a standalone website and a mobile app on both Android and iOS. It is also available from the News and Interests experience on the Windows 10 taskbar and from the Widgets experience in Windows 11. Plus, it is available from the Microsoft Edge new tab page.

Microsoft Start builds on services like MSN and Microsoft News. MSN has been bringing customers news and online content for over 25 years and will remain available. The new feature brings new technology to content experiences, including Microsoft's latest advancements in AI and machine learning, coupled with human moderation, to help people stay up to date with the information that is personalized for their interests.

The Microsoft Start feed curates content based on the person's interests - from over a thousand global premium publishing brands. The more you engage with the content, the more refined your feed becomes. If you don't like an article or a publisher, you can immediately indicate this to further tailor my experience. You simply need to click the ‘Personalize' button to get started. From the latest scores to the next stock pick, Microsoft Start has you covered.

Further, you can dive into an immersive experience for additional details. Moreover, when you are logged in using your Microsoft account, Microsoft Start showcases consistent content across your laptop, PC and phone. There is also a Microsoft Start mobile app to help customise your experience on your smartphone.
