Reliance JioPhone 2 flash sale today at 12PM: Data plans, features, and more

The second sale for Reliance JioPhone 2 will take place today at 12:00pm. The smart feature phone will be available to purchase through a flash sale via jio.com and MyJio app.

Reliance JioPhone 2 is priced at ₹2,999. Unlike the first JioPhone, there is no refundable scheme on the JioPhone 2. Interested buyers can purchase the JioPhone 2 by visiting the company's website or MyJio app. Once you're here, select JioPhone 2 and enter your pincode. Once you proceed to checkout you will be required to entire your personal details and make the payment of ₹2,999.

Reliance JioPhone 2 data plans
Reliance Jio has launched three data plans for JioPhone 2 users. The base plan is priced at ₹49 and it offers 1GB of data with validity of 28 days. At ₹99, JioPhone 2 users will get 14GB of data. The third plan available is priced at ₹153 and with this users get 42GB of data. All three plans have validity of 28 days and are inclusive of free voice calls, unlimited SMS and free access to Jio apps.

Reliance JioPhone 2 specifications
Reliance JioPhone 2 features a 2.4-inch TFT display with QVGA resolution. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of inbuilt storage. Jio also offers storage expansion up to 128GB via a microSD card.

It sports a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 VGA camera up front. Its connectivity options include dual SIM, 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and NFC. Fuelling the JioPhone 2 is a 2,000mAh battery.

JioPhone 2 features a voice assistant in English and Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, Bengali and Punjabi. The phone also comes pre-installed with Jio apps like JioXpressNews, JioMusic, JioTV and JioVideoCall. The smart feature phone also supports popular apps like Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp.
