Snap partners with ShareChat's Moj for AR lenses
Snap is launching 30 lenses that Moj creators can use on the app.
Sharechat’s short-video app Moj has partnered with Snap Inc. to incorporate the company’s camera kit. As part of the partnership, 30 new Snapchat camera lenses will be available on the Moj app for creators. This is the first time Snap has partnered with an Indian company for its camera kit.
Moj plans to create over 400 lenses using Snapchat’s camera kit. These lenses developed by Moj creators will be available on the Snapchat app as well. There will be a verified Moj profile on Snapchat with a link to the app. Through this link, Snapchat users will be able to access lenses created by Moj users.
“The newly launched collection of 30 Lenses will give our community a never seen before social experience and make content creation on Moj a whole lot more fun. We are supremely excited about this collaboration and look forward to our creators making magic with these advanced Lenses and their original ideas,” said Gaurav Mishra, SVP-Product, ShareChat.

At launch Moj users will have access to 30 Snapchat AR lenses. They can access the new Snapchat lenses by tapping on the camera icon at the bottom of the screen. Here, they can access the new AR lenses in the Lens Carousel. Moj also plans to collaborate with Snapchat Official Lens Creators in India for more content.
