Two new Moto G smartphones launched by Lenovo in India at ₹13,499
Moto G4 Plus has a fingerprint scanner under the screen and a better 16 MP camera on the back. The camera also supports PDAF for quicker focus and also has laser auto-focus in case you’re in a low-light area.


As the second largest market for Moto G after Brazil, India got the front row this time, the company is launching two Moto G smartphones in India. Leaving the choice up to you for top-notch features or sticking to the basics.

The Moto G fourth generation or Moto G4 has a 5.5-inch full HD screen, 1.5 GHz octacore Snapdragon processor, 3,000 mAh battery and Turbo Power charging. It has a 13 MP camera on the back and 5 MP on the front.


However, the G4 Plus goes a notch further with the fingerprint scanner under the screen and a better 16 MP camera on the back. The camera also has PDAF for quicker focus and laser auto-focus in case you're in a low-light area.


While the price and sale of Moto G's base variant for 2016 is on hold, the Moto G4 Plus will be available exclusively on Amazon for a Price of ₹13,499 (2GB RAM +16GB internal storage) and ₹14,499 (3GB RAM + 32 GB internal storage). Both the phones have expandable storage and will be available in black and white colours starting Wednesday.
