After inspiring the Hollywood movie, The Social Network, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has become the theme of a comic musical by an American troupe.

'CDZA, a comedy troupe that performs 'musical video experiments,' launched a musical to chronologically document the history of Zuckerberg and his social network', reports Mashable.

The video showcases three opera singers charting Zuckerberg's journey from a student at Harvard to the upcoming big day of his life - Facebook IPO. Titled Zuckerberg: The Musical!, it features pieces from popular Broadway musicals.

The musical begins with Scene 1: The Awakening, where Zuckerberg realises that he is meant to do something different. The video then moves on to other scenes focusing on Facebook's features, competitors and expansion. The finale shows the singers coming together to celebrate Facebook's upcoming IPO on May 18 with the ditty, 'Now, he is a rich man...'

The musical ends with the group holding a photo of Zuckeberg titled 'Playbill: Click here to subscribe.'
