Microsoft has now announced the official India pricing for Windows 10 a day after it launched the operating system in 190 countries around the world. You'll shell out ₹ 7,999 for Windows 10 Home and ₹ 14,999 for Windows 10 Pro.

Our advice? If you can wangle a copy of Windows 7 or 8, get that for cheap and just upgrade for free.
