Google CEO Sundar Pichai is at Delhi University's Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) to interact with students. Pichai is in India to share his company's future plans for the Indian market and to showcase the efforts that the tech giant is putting in to connect more Indians to the Internet.

The session is being moderated by cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg had also participated a similar session at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi during his India visit in October.

On Thursday, Pichai announced that Google and Indian Railways project on Wi-Fi at railway stations will see free Wi-Fi coming to Mumbai Central in January.

Here are the highlights of what Sundar Pichai said:

# We keep looking at these names but may be for the next version -- Android N -- we will have online poll and if all Indian users vote, we are sure to have Android named after an Indian dessert, joked Pichai on being asked why there wasn't an Android version yet named after an Indian dessert.

# One good thing about India is you find a tea stall and there is an entrepreneur. So that streak has always been there.

# I think in Silicon Valley, a part of reason why so many people start companies is even if you fail it is a badge of honour.

# Google is an amazingly fun place. When I came there, I was like a kid in a candy store. You walk around and people are working on amazing things.

# I think we (Google) have always had a very ambitious mission. Machine learning and artificial intelligence - our journey is just getting started.

# India has a culture of valuing education. We need to encourage creativity and also learning how to get things done by hand, experiential learning. And making sure that the system doesn't penalise you for being different.

# If Google could make 150kmph bowlers, I would make myself the fastest boelwer in the world.

# I am a huge football fan as well. I am a very big Barcelona and Messi fan as well
