Avoid using your iPhone while it's charging
If you want your iPhone to charge quickly, avoid streaming videos or playing mobile games or surfing the internet while charging your iPhone. You can also turn your phone off while you're charging it or put it on Airplane mode. The phone still works in the background even if the screen is off as it keeps refreshing applications, and sending out notifications, hence switching it off is the best option.

If you don’t want to switch off your iPhone, you can simply use low power mode or dark mode or turn down the brightness to reduce the battery consumption. This helps on the new OLED screen equipped iPhones.
Disable the optimized battery charging setting
Apple has a built-in tool that can prevent your iPhone battery from charging faster. All you have to do is go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health and toggle off Optimized Battery Charging to turn off this feature. This comes at the expense of battery health.
Use a fast charger or MagSafe charger
The quickest and simplest way to charge your iPhone is using a fast charger i.e, 20W power adapter with a USB-C to Lightning cable. You can fast-charge your phone from 0% up to around 50% battery in about 30 minutes. Though Apple no longer provides power adapters, you can also use other compatible fast-charging power bricks of at least 20W. iPhone 14 Pro series and iPhone 13 Pro series users can also use the 30W Apple charger to achieve faster speeds.
You can also use a MagSafe charger to charge your device while on the go.
