Motorola launches Razr 5G foldable phone in India

Motorola’s latest foldable phone, Razr 5G, is here. The smartphone is priced at ₹1,24,999. The phone will be up for pre-booking starting today while the official sale will begin on October 12.

The effective price will be ₹1,14,999 for HDFC credit card and debit/credit card EMI transactions with a 10,000 Instant discount / cashback offer.

Motorola Razr 5G specifications

The Razr 5G features a 6.2-inch OLED display (primary) and a 2.7-inch OLED secondary screen. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 765G processor coupled with Adreno GPU, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB built-in storage. 

Motorola Razr 5G comes with a 48-megapixel rear camera and a 20-megapixel sensor on the front. It is powered by a 2,800mAh battery with 15W TurboPower fast charging.

In terms of connectivity, it comes with USB Type-C port, dual SIM support, 4G and 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, and NFC. On the software front, Moto Razr 5G offers Android 10 out-of-the-box. It also has a fingerprint sensor on the back.

Vs Samsung Galaxy Z Flip

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip also has a similar flip-fold design. The phone is priced at ₹1,08,999 in India. 

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display. It also has a smaller 1.1-inch Super AMOLED cover display. The foldable phone is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855+ octa-core processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

For photography, Galaxy Z Flip offers a triple camera setup that features a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 12-megapixel wide-angle lens. The foldable phone has a 10-megapixel camera for selfies. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip packs a 3,300mAh battery with support for fast charging.
