Reliance Jio linked Infinix 5A mobile phone, priced under ₹7000, to arrive in India soon; check out the specs

Infinix launched the Infinix Note 10 mobile phone series in India last month. The Infinix Note 10 series consists of the Infinix Note 10 and the Infinix Note 10 Pro smartphones and they come in India at a starting price of ₹10,999 with the top variant of the phone going all the way up to ₹16,999. Now, word is that the company is planning to launch a new budget mobile phone dubbed as the Infinix 5A in India. The company has reportedly partnered with Reliance Jio to launch its upcoming budget mobile phone in India. The Infinix 5A will arrive in India on August 2 and it will be available for purchase in the country via Flipkart.

Infinix 5A expected price and availability

According to reports, the upcoming Infinix 5A smartphone will be priced under ₹7,000. MySmartPrice reports that the Infinix Smart 5A is expected to come with exclusive Reliance Jio offers, which includes a discount of ₹550 if users sign up for using Jio in the primary slot of the phone.

Infinix 5A expected specs

The upcoming Infinix 5A smartphone is already listed on Flipkart. The Flipkart listing has revealed quite a bit about the smartphone in terms of the features.

The listing has revealed that the upcoming Infinix 5A smartphone will come with a 6.52-inch HD+ IPS display that offers 500 nits of peak brightness. It will be 8.7mm thin and weigh just 183 grams.

The listing has also revealed that the upcoming Infinix 5A will be available in three colour variants, which includes Quetzal Cyan, Midnight Black and Ocean Wave.

It will come with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and a facial recognition feature, which the company says will unlock the phone in less than a second.

The Infinix 5A will come with a 5,000mAh battery that will offer up to 19 hours of video playback time, up to 28 hours of music playback time, up to 13 hours of gaming time, up to 16 hours of web browsing time, up to 33 hours of 4G talk time and up to 35 days of standby time.

Lastly, we know that the phone will come with a triple-rear camera setup and a single selfie camera that is housed inside a water-drop notch.

As far as the features that have not been confirmed are concerned, the Infinix 5A is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G25 SoC that is coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB storage space. It is likely to come with a 13MP+2MP rear camera setup. There is no word on the front camera yet.
