Samsung Galaxy M Prime with Exynos 9611, 64MP quad camera to launch soon

Samsung has teased the launch of a new smartphone on Amazon India. Galaxy M Prime is going to be a new addition to the Galaxy M series, and the smartphone could go on sale during the Amazon Great Indian Festival.

The teaser for Galaxy M Prime reveals the smartphone’s design and its key features as well. Galaxy M Prime looks quite like the other Galaxy M phones with the rear cameras stacked in an inverted ‘L’ shape on the top-left corner. There are four rear cameras in total, and a fingerprint sensor as well.

Samsung has also revealed the camera details of the Galaxy M Prime. The quad-camera setup features a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, a 5-megapixel depth sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro sensor. Up front, the Galaxy M Prime has a 32-megapixel selfie camera. The smartphone has features such as slo-mo and 4K video recording, AR doodle and AR emoji.

More details on the Galaxy M Prime include a 6,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. It also has a USB Type-C port, and is powered by the Exynos 9611 chipset. The Galaxy M Prime’s specs are the same as the Galaxy M31. The only major detail left to be revealed about the Galaxy M Prime is its display. It’s quite confusing to see how exactly Samsung plans to offer this new smartphone.

Samsung is scheduled to launch the Galaxy F41 in India tomorrow. This is part of Samsung’s new Galaxy F series. The Galaxy F41 is also very similar to the Galaxy M31 as well.
