Amazon Prime Day 2020: Huami to launch Amazfit PowerBuds TWS with heart rate monitor

Huami will launch new wireless earbuds in India on August 6. The TWS earbuds, Amazfit Powerbuds, will be available during Amazon’s Prime Day 2020 sale.

Huami says the Powerbuds come with an in-ear PPG heart rate sensor. It also features a magnetic sports ear hook. Another highlight of the wireless earbuds is the ENC-dual-microphone noise reduction for calls and others. The Powerbuds are said to deliver up to 8 hours of playtime on a single charge. The portable magnetic charger is claimed to deliver up to 24 hours of music playback.

Amazfit Powerbuds come with IP55 water and dust resistance. “The Amazfit PowerBuds provide superior sound for calls and music; The ENC dual microphone helps filter the background noise, ensuring call clarity. The advanced composite diaphragm delivers stunning, clear sound quality, and the Motion Beat Mode enhances the bass effect, making the beats of your music clearer and more powerful to energize your workouts,” said the company in its release.

Huami has not yet revealed the price of the wireless earbuds. The wearable will go on sale at 12 AM on Prime Day on August 6. Ahead of the release, it is already listed on Amazon’s website. The listing reveals the retail box will ship with earbuds, charging case, ear hooks, USB Type-C charging cable, silicon earplugs, and user manual.

That said, Amazon will host its Prime Day sale between August 6 and August 7. During the two-day sale, Amazon will offer a range of products with big discounts and offers. Amazon will give a 10% of instant discount to HDFC Bank debit and credit card and EMI transactions.

Those who subscribe to Amazon’s Prime membership will be eligible for up to 20% cashback and up to ₹150 off on Prime Day orders. The scheme is applicable to Amazon’s ₹999 plan. Additionally, customers will be eligible for rewards worth over ₹2,000 on essential payments and shopping using Amazon Pay.
