New faces are here!

Apple has announced new faces for your Apple Watch. You will be getting four fresh faces with watchOS 9 - astronomy face, Lunar calendar for traditional calendar, Play Time face with a lot of fun features, and Metropolitian face. 

Workout App updated

The Workout app, one of the most usable apps on Apple Watch has been updated with richer metrics for measuring performance along with new training experiences. It comes with Custom Workouts for your structured workout that can include work and rest intervals.

Heart tracking features

Apple Watch can identify potential signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib) with watchOS 9. With watchOS 9, it will help users who are diagnosed with AFib to let yo turn on the FDA-cleared AFib History feature2 and access important information. 

Medication is now on Apple Watch

The new Medications experience is here on Apple Watch with watchOS 9. This will help you manage and track their medications, vitamins, and supplements, allowing them to create a medications list. Not just that, you can set up schedules and reminders too!

Sleep tracking

Now you can track your sleep with Apple Watch. Sleep tracking comes to Apple watch to let you see REM sleep, Core, and Deep sleep cycles in the sleep mode.

Apple Fitness+ enhancements

With new watchOs 9, Apple Fitness+ workouts now display on-screen guidance in addition to trainer coaching to help you get the most out of workouts
