Xiaomi Mi Watch Color Sports Edition with 117 sports modes launched

Xiaomi has launched a new sports edition of its Mi Watch. The new smartwatch has been made official in China. Xiaomi Mi Watch Color Sports Edition comes with a round dial, multiple colour options and 117 sports modes.

Xiaomi has priced the Mi Watch Color Sports Edition at CNY 699 which translates to roughly ₹7,700. The smartwatch comes in three colour options of Elegant Black, Space Blue and Ivory. There are six different coloured watch straps as well. The Mi Watch Color Sports Edition goes on sale in China starting today.

In terms of specs, the Mi Watch Color Sports Edition features a 1.39-inch AMOLED display. It has an Always-on display with 120 watch faces to choose from. You can check notifications, set alarms and reminders, and control music on the smartwatch. The Mi Watch Color Sports Edition comes with 117 sports modes for running, treadmill, cycling, swimming, and more. It also has an SpO2 sensor, 24-hour heart rate monitor, and PPG sensor. It can also monitor stress, sleep and offer breathing exercises.

The Mi Watch Color Sports Edition has 5ATM water resistance, and it packs a 420mAh battery. The smartwatch is claimed to last for 16 days on regular usage, and 50 hours in outdoor sports mode. There’s a battery saver mode that can extend the battery life up to 22 days.

There’s no word on when Xiaomi will launch its new smartwatch in other markets. It recently launched its first smartwatch, Mi Watch Revolve in India.
