This means you can get the iPhone 14 Pro for FREE as the handset is priced at $999 in the US. You will just have to pay three monthly payments of $27.75 before AT&T bill credits begin. If you don't want to opt for trade-in, you can still get an iPhone 14 Pro without hurting your pocket too much. Yes, you can choose to make payment in monthly instalments of $27.78 for upto 36 months. Do note that the plan will go on for a period of 36 months and if you wish to revoke it at any point, you'll be required to pay the remaining amount in one go.
