iPhone 12 Pro price drops to its LOWEST in India! Costs as much as iPhone 13

iPhone 12 Pro price drop alert! After the substantial price cuts for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini, Apple has dropped the price of the iPhone 12 Pro as well. Known as the one of the best of Apple's iPhones throughout 2020-2021, the iPhone 12 Pro is available with a massive price cut on Amazon India. In fact, the price cut makes it comparable to the iPhone 13.

The iPhone 12 Pro, when new, cost ₹1,19,900 for the base variant with 128GB storage. Now, Amazon India is selling the iPhone 12 Pro with a discount of 25 percent, bringing down the price by ₹25,000. The base version of the iPhone 12 Pro now costs ₹94,900. This price holds true for all the four colour variants – Graphite, Gold, Pacific Blue, and White.

iPhone 12 Pro price cut, costs same as iPhone 13

The price cut is across the board, which means you can get the higher storage variants for much less. The 256GB variant of the iPhone 12 Pro will set you back by ₹99,900 whereas the 512GB variant is available at a price of ₹1,07,900.

Note that the discounted prices are only eligible on Amazon India. Apple does not sell the iPhone 12 Pro officially and these units will be available until stocks last. Apple has currently shifted its focus to the iPhone 13 Pro series, which also consists of the iPhone 13 Pro Max.

iPhone 12 Pro: Worth buying now?

The iPhone 12 Pro with this discounted price currently sits in a sweet spot between the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro. The iPhone 12 Pro isn't vastly different from the standard iPhone 12; you only get an extra 2X telephoto camera with the LiDAR sensor, shiny design bits, and… that's it. It was the iPhone 12 Pro Max that got newer and bigger camera sensors (the ones that do duty on the iPhone 13 now).

Only if you need a telephoto camera for taking portraits and seek better low light autofocus, the iPhone 12 Pro makes sense. For everything else, it is better to the stick to the iPhone 13 – you get much better battery life and superior cameras.
