iQOO 10 is in the works and is coming sooner than you had imagine! In fact, the phone is already nearing its final stage and will hit the markets by the third quarter of 2022. This is very quick given that the iQOO 9 series was announced just months ago, but in the world of BBK brands, it has been a long time. Usually, Realme, Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus have a tendency to update their offerings faster than most other brands. And iQOO has caught on to the trend as well, especially if you see its past few launches.

The iQOO 10 series has so far been spotted on certification sites. It is also known that the one model in the lineup will feature the faster Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and debut in Q3 2022. There could be two models this time for the global markets — an iQOO 10 and a iQOO 10 Pro. Sadly, there's no more information available on these two smartphones.

iQOO 10 series is coming soon

Given that this is an even number iQOO flagship generation, there are chances that India might not get to see it, as has happened with previous iQOO products. That said, the company has been far too aggressive with its launches lately by launching more products in the midrange smartphone category one after the other. The recently launched iQOO Z6 Pro and iQOO Z6 44W are essentially renamed versions of the Vivo T1 Pro and Vivo T1 44W phones.

Hence, we wouldn't be surprised to see iQOO coming up with the iQOO 10 in India around the festive season later in the year. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip is yet to make it debut in India and iQOO could nab that opportunity. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip promises improved performance with regards to efficiency and thermal management.

Additionally, leaks also suggest that Vivo is also also working on another camera centric flagship phone that could be more powerful that the Vivo X80 Pro. This phone is said to feature a more powerful image sensor than the Samsung GNV sensor used in the X80 Pro, which is grabbing eyeballs. The Vivo X80 Pro is Vivo's full fledged flagship and is the answer to the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra as well as the iPhone 13 Pro.
