iQoo Z3 to launch in India on June 8: Here is what we know about it so far
iQoo Z3 is confirmed to come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 768G 5G processor. The phone will reportedly be available in India for ₹25,000 approximately.
iQoo on Tuesday announced the launch date of its upcoming Z3 handset in India. The much-hyped phone will go official on June 8. The company will host a virtual event at 12 noon on that day to unveil the phone.
Already, iQoo has revealed some of the details of the Z3. According to a listing on Amazon India, iQoo Z3 will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 768G 5G processor. The company also says the Z3 will be India’s first phone with the latest Snapdragon chipset. iQoo added that the phone would come with 3GB Extended RAM (LPDDR4X RAM). A timeline on the page says iQoo will announce FlashCharge technology on the phone.
According to reports, iQoo Z3 5G will launch in India for ₹25,000 approximately. As far as specs go, it will come with a 6.58-inch full HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of built-in storage. There is also support for 1TB additional storage via a microSD card. On the software front, it may come with Android 11 out-of-the-box.
On the back, it will come with a triple camera setup. It will consist of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel sensor, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. For selfies, it comes with a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The China version of the phone comes with a 4,400mAh battery with 55W fast charging support. Apart from 5G, connectivity options are 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C, 3.5mm headphone jack. There’s a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.
The special edition, iQoo 7 Legend, is priced at ₹39,990 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. The top-end variant of the phone with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage costs ₹43,990.
