Motorola has launched a new affordable premium 5G smartphone, One 5G. The smartphone's price hasn't been revealed yet but Motorola says it will cost below $500 ( 36,700 approx). Motorola One 5G also seems like a rebranded version of the Moto G 5G Plus that launched in Europe this July.

The new Motorola One 5G will be available in the US via AT&T and Verizon with the latter launching an exclusive variant for its 5G Ultra Wideband network in early October. Motorola One 5G comes with six cameras in total with two punch-hole ones up front, and four at the rear. It's available in only one ‘Oxford Blue' colour. There's IP rating but the phone has a water repellent design. For 5G connectivity, the smartphone uses Qualcomm's Snapdragon 765 chipset that has a built-in 5G chip.

On the Motorola One 5G, you get a large 6.7-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10 support. It packs 4GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage that can be expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. On the software front, Motorola One 5G runs near-stock Android 10 out-of-the-box.

The quad-camera setup at the rear features a 48-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel macro sensor, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The dual-selfie camera setup has a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and an 8-megapixel primary sensor.

The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W TurboPower. Motorola One 5G comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and has support for facial recognition as well. Its connectivity options other than 5G include NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, single SIM, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
